Since our customisable bags are crafted specifically to your color and accessory choices, all custom sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces.

Non-customized bags:

For our pre-made collections, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return in accordance with EU consumer regulations.

-Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged items:

If your custom bag arrives with a flaw or mistake on our end, please email us within 14 days of delivery with photos do we can resolve it for you.
